What to Expect
Your day begins bright and early—so please come prepared, as you’ll be travelling on an open-top bus. The British weather can be wonderfully unpredictable; it may be cool, wet, and breezy, or equally warm, sunny, and spectacular.
Our driver will collect you between 08:00 and 09:00 from a selection of convenient local pick-up points including Bury St. Edmunds, Woolpit, Elmswell, Stowmarket, Needham Market, Claydon and Ipswich West.
From there, we begin our scenic journey through the Suffolk countryside towards London.
We will make a comfort stop at Lakeside Shopping Centre, allowing time for refreshments and facilities before continuing into central London (around 60 minutes), before heading over the famous QE2 Bridge for some stunning views, and along the south side of the River Thames towards the New Silvertown Tunnel, through the Docklands and Wapping before arriving at the Tower of London for around 90 minutes - plenty of time to stretch those legs!
From here, your panoramic open-top tour of Central London begins. Sit back and enjoy uninterrupted 360° views as your tour guide, brings the city to life with engaging stories and insight. Highlights include Tower Bridge, St Paul’s Cathedral, and Westminster. We then continue towards Stratford, taking in the Historic East End along the way.
We'll stop at the Westfield Shopping Centre at Stratford, another chance to have a refreshment break before we head home through the countryside towards Bury St. Edmuds and our home towns.
Finally, you’ll be returned safely to your original pick-up point - likely a little windswept, but smiling after a day filled with fresh air, fantastic views, and memorable experiences.

There are 53 seats on the open-top deck, with additional seating downstairs should the weather turn a little… British. Indoor space is more limited, so we recommend dressing for the outdoors. Please note that there are less seats downstairs than there are up!
